However, a couple of problems come to light: was the original submitter that clueless? If so, then was ANACS expected to determine the Error, or is "if they don't pay we don't say" labeling the rule, correct or not? Amos bought ANACS in October 1990 and sold it to Anderson Press in 2005. Amos continued the ANA's XX#### numbering, then switched to all numerics (up to something in the 3m range) and then the blue labels.
