Hello Everyone! Here's a surprise which was in the old ANACS holder as seen, and now freed. The Partial Collar is strong

Thanks, Errors and Varieties. However, a couple of problems come to light: was the original submitter that clueless? If so, then was ANACS expected to determine the Error, or is "if they don't pay we don't say" labeling the rule, correct or not? Should ANACS have notified the submitter that the coin was sent under an incorrect category?

Sadly, those questions will never be answered.

You can date it to the Amos press ownership of ANACS. Amos bought ANACS in October 1990 and sold it to Anderson Press in 2005.

Amos continued the ANA's XX#### numbering, then switched to all numerics (up to something in the 3m range) and then the blue labels.

From the cert#, it's the smaller SWH, which puts this in 1991-1996.
