I picked this 1902 1 Ore up a while back. I think that is is rather high grade, but I need some opinions. SO how would you grade it and what type of value do you believe it has? (sorry about the small scans.)

Nice coin, I would grade it as EF-40. KM#352, value around $15.00

It looks like there is still some luster on the coin and only one or two contact marks that I can see. I'd go AU with this one.
