This 1957 D Lincoln Cent features a what looks like a strange pair of raised areas adjacent to Lincoln's bust. I have never seen another coin like it and was hoping that the community could shed some light on what this anomaly is or what could've caused it.

I don't know - you can see it slightly under the chin area too! Some type of Machine Doubling possibly?
