1919 Cent Can It Make MS

BTW, always check your 1919's for what I deme as a progressive MD with the "Canada" on the Rev. You will find some that just have the C in Canada with some MD, then some with the CA , and then some with the CAN. And 90-95% of them have NO MD. I have 2 that have the second "A" with some MD as well as all the previous letters, so then the first 4 letters have MD shelf/shadow showing left and at the bottom of the serifs.
