Those are not extra letters, they are just an illusion caused by the staining. Where do you think extra letters would come from during the striking of the cent?

Not seeing anything unusual. Just seeing a normal circulated cent with damage.
Errers and Varietys.

Can you ID the person that left that fingerprint?

it is hard to determine exactly what that is with that terrible close up image (sorry ), Except that it didn't come from the mint that way.

I wish it was a better picture as the reverse has an interesting area but it is just too fuzzy to tell anything.

Whatever those letters are from, they are reversed so at best I would say a vise job. The damage to Lincoln's head also seems like the edge of another coin.

Looks like a V but who knows what it is - do you need to switch to a "close up" setting on you camera for up close pictures? or do you just zoom in and crop your normal pictures? Cause whatever you are doing still isn't working very well.

On the reverse look below the U in united and there is something that looks round and raised with three nubs and two or three straight lines down that looked raised. I blew up the picture with my computer. I have a 2016 D penny here I am looking at and there is just empty space below the U. But on this penny there is something there. A better picture would be a great help. Maybe he could borrow a better camera from a friend.

One problem I have found with my Sony camera is on close up shots of a coin if the background is reflective even just a little the camera will see it and cause focus problems. I try to use a non reflective back ground for better close up pictures. I noticed the background in these pictures seem to be reflective. A flat non reflective surface would be better.
