Hi All - I was going through a Dime roll and came across this, and I've never seen anything like this before, I assume it's PMD but I have no idea. Maybe it saw a grinder up close?

Just severe PMD. Not an error. Probably grinded/sanded down.

PMD , if you were to weight the coin you'll see it's lighter than a regular dime .
