Is this two coins or one ?

If it's one, it might be the head of a Austrian silver coin from the 1860s joined to a gold reverse.

The reverse looks like a trade 4 ducat gold coin of Austria.
These were popular trade coins in the Middle East and North Africa, and were restruck for many years. Value slightly over bullion.

The obverse looks like a standard Austrian silver obverse of the 1860s.

It would help to know the weight in grams.
