lots of luster but glare can alter what we are seeing. some peripheral toning both sides. those marks on the cheek most likely are roller marks. light roller marks most likely will not affect the grade but heavy marks could knock it a full point. with the glare its tough to tell how severe they are. best guess they are moderate but they are in a key area. i'd knock it 1/2 pt.

without the marks i'd call it MS65 so I'm at MS64+
