I know little about Roman coins and have these two.
First can anyone identify them for me please and secondly are they possibly real/genuine or likely to be museum momentos or just plain fakes ?
left coin weight 23.4g diameter approx 35mm
right coin weight 22.5g diameter approx 34mm

Many thanks
Brian.

the one on the left is a fake that pairs an obverse of Hadrian with a reverse of Trajan

REVERSE: SPQR OPTIMO PRINCIPI Trajan walking, l., holding tall staff, crowned by Victory.

for the reverse-- RIC 549 (Trajan)

the second is a cast of an authentic coin

Good sleuthing Victor.

A lot of cast fakes are sold to tourists visiting ancient sites. Here is booth near Ephesus selling fake coins some years ago.
