I know this is probably a strike through error (i think that's what its called?) but haven't found another one of it's kind anywhere... so this is pretty unique I think? it's in circulated condition some interesting red/purple staining... don't think that's natural, looks like some sort of dye? anyway... thoughts?
I've never seen ANY penny with this error...

Not a struck through, that is damage from a hit.
A struck through would not distort the letter.
