2016 P Dime: Hairpart A Great Divide With Large Cud

It's essential to have it in the title. * Going through some US coins and found this 2016 dime that has a wide flat hair part with a good size Cud on it. There are other Cuds as well....one behind the ear and one at corner of his mouth. My question is about the wide hair part....would that have been caused by a strike through?
