It's circulated and therefore melt and I'd like to sell it.

Should I be pricing it slightly higher than other Indian heads of the series due to its lower mintage?

Well, seeing as gold is so high right now, I'd like to sell this circulated one and use the proceeds to upgrade to a certified, low MS version.

I also have an 1882 half eagle that I'd like to do the same with.

To answer the question, yes. I'd check the ebay sold prices for the common dates and price it a bit higher. But in no instance would I sell it to a scap buyer! You shouldn't have an issue selling it to a collector. Still a nice looking example.
