Out of the three you've posted, I like this one.
Genuine, original surfaces, good face, mintmark looks OK.
VG10.

Out of the 4 posted, I'd put this one in the # 2 spot...vg sounds right.

Some of those S' were surprisingly low in 1909. I didn't compare the positions to the known, you can google that yourself, but it didn't alarm me. I look at the serifs, genuine MM's are very slightly slanted and the top and bottom serifs ends are parallel. 99% of fakes get this wrong. This coin looks correct.
Another borderline one, the obverse had me at F but the reverse is definitely VG.

this one is the easiest of the bunch
VG10- I'm seeing some fine hairlines on the reverse around ONE and under AMERICA. I think it was lightly cleaned and then wiped with something that left these. it might detail for a cleaning

Returned to seller. Coin was bent and not listed as such. A hit on Lincoln's shoulder causing a bend on the reverse by the O of ONE. I should have noticed the odd wear pattern normally cauased by a bend. Back to searching for another   |

OUCH! Photo was deceptive, I saw something there but it's a VG coin and it didn't look bad. It's BAD, I hope you get your refund. Better luck on the next one! Maybe be safe and go slabbed? Or are you trying to keep to a budget?
