1865 3 Cent Nickel Maybe Multiple Errors?

It appears to have maybe a RPM and/or some Machine Doubling and maybe a die break on the back? Seemed like a lot going on for one coin. I would appreciate a second opinion or two. The " Machine Doubling" you see may very well be "Longacre Doubling" so you should check that - https://www.error-ref.com/longacre-s-doubling/ And definite looks like a die break on the reverse.
