Probably around the low XF range. Could be cleaned, but could be the lighting.

VF30 details (cleaned)

looking at the inside of the 0 in the date and below the ribbon on the rev you can see where someone used some type of tool in an attempt to remove crud. it looks like it was cleaned and then someone attempted to removed what remained

I'm thinking either VF or low EF. It looks to have been messed with.

still has some crud in places but the color of the coin looked exactly like several other coins from same seller. Lighting I am sure makes the coin lighter than it will be in hand. I don't think it has been "messed with"

VF-30. Photos can be deceiving when it comes to the actual color. This one might be a nice brown in hand. Worth the gamble.
