(Only a slight amount of wear.)
Unless they tagged it "Details" because of the blue blemish/toning in front of her chin as cleaned.

thats the problem with these bust halves. its common to have these undergraded. in a lot of cases they downgrade the coin for wear when in fact it was strike. there is no way in H that this coin is XF40. its AU all day in anyones book. on the other hand its a great buy at XF40 and if I was selling it, i'd crack the puppy out of its cage

I agree, this is an AU coin all day. Unless it is net graded for the "x" scrape in front of the chin.
