You have a true error there called a struck thru grease issue, where grease got in between the coin being struck and the dies. Date looks a 1996 Philadelphia mint. Your middle three pictures, although good, we here don't really like pictures of screens because of pixelations throwing off what may need to be seen as the pictures get blurred. And it is very good your measurements pictures so we can get the best picture possible to best help you. Report this Post to the Staff
