Not sure if this is the correct forum but I just found out about "Low-Balling" Morgans and other old 90% silver coins like Barbers and Walking Liberty's etc...

What's your thoughts on that and do you think these two coins could be a candidate for a "low-ball" grade of AG3 or Poor?

Well, they are "Lowballers" EXCEPT - yours seem harshly cleaned - and Barber coins are always worn.

thanks. yeah, that's just how the coins were. so possibly cleaned before I got them. but I appreciate the input!

They aren't high grade for sure, but they also are not particularly low. There are still a lot of details visible, especially near the rims.

the 1912 would details. if it had a grade it would be close to G6. the morgan G4
