The obverse shows Empress Anna with a very tightly packed in Cyrillic legend that translates to "By God's grace Anna Empress and Autocrat of all Russia". I don't know why I have a thing for busy legends, but I just do. ANNA AR RUBLE, RUSSIA, 1733 Davenport 1671, Sev. 1132, Good Very Fine, 41mm, 25.32 grams, Moscow, Kadashevsky mint Any other cool old silver rubels? I would enjoy seeing them if so!
