I know these pics are bad but, could someone tell me what this is? It's on both sides but in different areas and both are raised, looks like little volcanos raising from the coin. They're hard and not flakey but also smooth not sharp. Any idea if it's an error coin or damage? And if damage what could cause it?

It is a damaged dime caused by heat.
