Picked this up last week at a garage sale.Looked great..perfect condition. It has a number 151 on the back,wonder if anyone can identify or has ever seen one?

I can only guess that it is how many were issued or the issue number. It could possible the 151/1000. I tried doing a search for Numistmaplates, but was unable to find any information.

Still a cool little plate.
