Outstanding!

Are you going to keep those dimes in the bag as-is or sell them in pairs?

A pleasant surprise in the mailbox today! It wasn't supposed to be here until Monday.

Thanks for sharing the pics of your set.

Tracking for mine says Monday for me in England.

Let's see if that true.

Monday in England? That's amazing, kena!

Mine were delivered here in NW Florida a little after Noon CDT.
So, I've had my first look at ANY 2026 US coinage.
Still lovin' the "Brilliant" finish of recent US Mint Sets, and kinda sad that I won't be buying any more if the US Mint stands by its absurd pricing.

Little grifting pinkies in the till.

Apparently mine shipped yesterday with a delivery of Tuesday.

Prices are pretty crazy on ebay. Might be worth it to try to flip one; could cover (most of) the cost of the one I'm keeping.

I bought extras, CelticKnot.
But, with the going rate around $180-190, minus the upfront cost, seller's fees, and shipping, I figure I'll do well to net $30-40 per set.
I'm not jumping on it, planning to watch sales for a little while. Hope that's not an error on my part, but I kinda doubt it.

I've seen P&D sets sets from rolls and bags, MINUS the Cents, selling for less than $30. Clearly, the Cents are the big draw.

But the one that I've opened looks really nice. Congratulations on yours finally shipping! :^)

I had subscriptions for the Silver Proof and Unc sets but for the amount sold already and price I feel it is very foolish.

Say you get a Silver Proof Set and Unc Set - total $366 + shipping. Yopu think you might be getting something with a modest or lower than normal mintage. let's take a look at the numbers:

2026 Silver Proof Set - sales about 246,000, cost $245
Guess what set selling for $105 had a similar mintage? 2022, about 250,000
Guess the mintage that featured the last ABT Quarter and the one-year issue Washington Crossing quarter? 305,000. Cost $105
Which Silver Proof has had the lowest sales in decades? The 2025 set, selling for $150, sales about 124,000

Based on sales and cost, the 2026 is not a good choice. Best to wait several years and see the price drop as had the 2012 Silver Proof Sets which you can get $100 from private deals with coin collectors looking to unload excess coins.

Now the Unc Sets which shows and even worse buy right now in my opinion.

2023- 2025 - Unc set sales all ranged about 188,000 and the cost started at $33 and rose to $80. One of them had the last circulating Lincoln Cent.
2026 Unc set sales are about 265,000 with a limit to 300,000 and you are paying $124. Sorry but a mintage of over 250,000 for the 1776-2026 Lincoln Cent that will mostly stay in sets, slabs or books, makes it only uncommon not scarce or rare. All one has to do is see the price of the last few years of Gold Dollars which has only a premium in the very highest grades but otherwise sells only modestly above it bullion value or at it. Since quality standards are higher now than then, I can see only a MS 70 really commanding a price well above what you paid for one set. To me not a good buy. I will again wait for several years to get on at a steep discount as a dealer realizes they are stick with the excess they thought would sell.

Sorry to be a downer - for those who bought it hopefully for the security of knowing it came from the US Mint and not waiting around for one. Those who bought for investment, better sell it fast.

And just like that my sets are now due tomorrow.

Always makes me think of this excellent xkcd comic:
