Here's a link to NGC's FH definition for Standing Liberty quarters.

https://www.ngccoin.com/news/articl...ng-quarters/

Key points from the article:
The obverse of the Standing Liberty quarter features Liberty portrayed similar to a Greek goddess, holding a shield in one hand and an olive branch in the other. Her head, near the top of the coin, splits the word LIBERTY. NGC uses the Full Head (FH) designation for coins where Liberty's head appears well-struck, as follows:

-Three leaves in Liberty's hair must be totally visible;
-The hairline along Liberty's brow must be complete;
-The ear indentation must be evident.

It's a beauty, I think MS-64FH is the correct grade. Some spots by the date and below TRVST.

i think the grade is correct also. the reverse fields probably held it back. its a sweet coin and probably would receive a bean if submitted

I think 64FH is fair, it's probably worth resulting though to try to get the 65

if one resubs can the TPG take away the FH designation? lets say they give it a 64 or 65 without FH. If one sends it in holder for resub or crossover

should have looked at your location. so no bean

although it does look like a solid FH but there is always a chance you could lose the designation. I highly doubt it as its strong. worst case, it comes back with the same grade I dont think it would ever come back at 63.

check the value differences to determine if its worth the fee's

thank you panzaldi, its 550$ checking pcgs. If I send a submission of other coins to them I might include this in a crossover. I dont hink they grade it if it atleast doesn't get the same grade

I agree with panzaldi, it seems like an easy FH. I don't personally think you will get a 65 with a resubmission.

I'm probably biased as I have never played the crack out or resubmission game as it is expensive enough the first time.
