It is a 2 coin set that has a certificate and case and look to be proof or uncerculated. Any info would be appreciated

The certificate says colones 1-5 Monedas de curso legal - Serie de Plata 999/1000. Primera emision limitada
mint mark says 1971.

The smaller one Colon coin is .0738 oz of silver, 21,000 minted and worth $7.50.

The larger 5 Colon is .3694 oz of silver, 18,000 minted and worth $12.50.

Krause lists the set as PS6, but does not give any added value to the coins for having the COA etc.
