Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74449 Posts	Posted Today 9H 48M ago Sorry Marv, but I disagree. This is a Struck Through error, not PMD. I did pull this from a OBW BU roll. If they were scuffs, then explain the "scuffs" on the bottom stripes. I don't think PMD would do that. The pictures don't do the coin justice. In hand, it's not PMD. I don't see any metal displacement or damage on that area. I looked at the coin again in hand, and I am not seeing any scuffing or damage at all, in the area in question. Errers and Varietys.
