I think the Community has it right. I think Rick Snow's advice about buying problem coins is worth mentioning. "Problem coins will always be a problem" If it is to be a filler coin, get it and wait for a better coin.

Generally, I agree with you Jimbo. At the price I offered the seller, I would have been happy. But that was a no go. I did like the circ cameo on this coin despite the uneven wear. So passing and looking for something better. Finding raw problem free and appealing to me coins at prices I'm willing to pay makes for a slow hunt.
