Today, 24-JUL-2026, I was coin-roll-hunting quarters, and I came across a Double Poppy 1945-2010 quarter, and strangely, most color is gone off most part of both poppies, but strangely enough, there is red scattered elsewhere, like around the outer maple leaf. Is that an error? Or Post-Mint damage? The coin appears in too good condition for its 2 poppies to be worn down, but a small part remains intact. Could it be a coloring process error, where some of the color intended to go on the poppies "splashed" elsewhere instead? Any idea on what's going on?
