I'll try to remember to bump this topic on the 21st.

We are reaching out to inform you of upcoming essential infrastructure maintenance required to expand our data center's cooling and power capacity. This work is part of our commitment to ensuring the long-term reliability and performance of your services.

To safely facilitate these critical upgrades, we will need to temporarily power down the equipment housed in your rack. We understand that downtime is never ideal, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption this may cause to your operations.

Maintenance Schedule
Dates: September 21st starting at 11:00 PM EDT
Total Maintenance Window: 4 hours

Expected Service Impact: Your services will experience a period of downtime during this window as we perform necessary circuit work. While we aim to complete the work efficiently, please plan for up to 3 hours of service interruption as we process the equipment in your rack.

During this window, our Data Center team will be performing comprehensive circuit upgrades, which require physically accessing and powering down the entire equipment rack to ensure the work is completed safely and reliably.

Our dedicated engineering and support teams are working closely together to coordinate these tasks precisely, ensuring that all power restoration is completed as quickly and safely as possible. We are committed to maintaining transparent communication throughout this process and will work to minimize the impact on your business.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we invest in these essential improvements to better serve you.
