here is the best photo I have been able to come up with so far. I dont see anything on the mint mark itself, to suggest an RPM. the extra line above the curve on the two, the extra line at the top of the seven, and there is also a similar line at the top of the curve of the nine. the photos of that area are more blurry. is this anything interesting. assistance is appreciated. thanks.
