Found it. And you're close, it's Mongol, but not Golden Horde. It's a copper fals from the Persian Ilkhanate. This example on zeno.ru is similar. These "sunface" coins were struck by Uljaytu (1304-1316 AD), the ruler mentioned in the zeno link, and by his successor Abu Sa'id. I think all the ones with the text in square boxes were issued by Uljaytu.
The Album list of Islamic coins merely says that there are "many varieties, some pictorial" of the copper fals and that they're rated "common" (Album #2190).
