As it says, it's a 10 centesimi from 1867. The OM monogram mintmark on this coin is for Strasbourg, a city in what was then and is now France. Probably worth $5 to $10 but again, assuming the yellow colour is an artifact of the scanner. If it really is that colour, then it's been either polished or plated, and the value will be much less.

I believe the coin is copper.
