Signed up for Silver proof set several months ago and now that I just saw them on HSN I was curious why mine havn't shown up. My account says
2009 SILVER PROOF SET 1 $52.95 $52.95 In stock and reserved
Order Status: Your order request is in process
Anyone know how much longer this is going to take?

Normally a week or so for silver proof sets: enough demand but apparently more than enough supply.

few days maybe a week. They will probably ship out this week sometime. I dont understand how HSN has tthem in stock and reserved unless they were selling them in a mint gift shop and they bought all of them

That is one possibility, another is if you place a whole lot of orders as soon as they go on sale, the odds are that some of those orders will receive some of the earliest shipments.
Remember a subscription just means you'll get one. It doesn't mean you will be one of the first to receive them. Subscribers DO NOT go to the head of the line.

If you bought 10,000 sets I bet you would get special treatment too. HSN buys so much from the mint in bulk and then overprices it for the masses on tv.

I too have no idea of what nor where my order is. I ordered 15 proof sets so long ago I almost gave up. Maybe when I do get my order they will be worth more since it will be ten years from now.

I ordered 2 sets from the MINT last week and I received confirmation that they shipped on Friday 7-24-09.
Has anyone else received confirmation of shipment from the Mint?

Took a total of 7 days from order till it hit the door, if I was you I would be calling the mint, something is definitely not right.
