Also, this is a 1921-s Toned Morgan. Another ebay auction. Can you tell me the worth on both particular coins? The obverse is toned with as you can see.

the 1899-o is worth about 20 bucks I would guess and the 1921-s is one of them auctione we said to stay away from because you cant see the coin, why would someone stand 10 feet from the coin to take a picture of it if they wasnt trying to hide something. Anyway its to far to give a opinion on

I'm pretty much in agreement. The 1899-O isn't rare either circulated or uncirculated, and I wouldn't spend over $12 or so for the 1921-S because without better pics it's only worth bullion value.
Rest in Peace

Hi LM-- I don't see much in either Morgan which the others haven't already pointed out except that the '99-O appears it might have been cleaned as indicated by the darker areas inside the letters/numbers and along the edges of the devices. Both are circulated, both were high mintage, so their value is little above melt except to someone who is trying to fill a hole in their collection.

I can tell you what I did on coins like these, I bought uncirculated coins in the MS-64 range that arent scarce. you can get alot of them for around 50 bucks in MS-64 and they look alot better than the circulated coins that you are going to pay 20 bucks for also. That is just what I did and all of mine are certified by either NGC or PCGS so if you are looking for raw coins you can get them even cheaper than the price I mentioned. Just wanted to tell you about that and maybe you want to do something like that for the coins that arent key dates or anything. I am very pleased in my collection even thought not many of them are worth a whole lot of money, I can show them with pride because even in MS-64 condition they still look like they were freshly minted not long ago even though most of them are over 100 years old
