Constantine the Great. The obverse legend reads "CONSTANTINVS AVG". Reverse legend is "BEATA TRANQUILLITES", depicting an altar inscribed "VOTIS XX" with an imperial globe resting on top of it. Mintmark PTR, first branch of the Treveri mint (Treveri is now known as Trier, Germany). Example on Wildwinds.

I disagree here, I see the mint mark STR in your picture which is also of the city of Trier, but has a lesser value than the PTR mint mark. I'd say it's worth about $8-10 in this condition. (RIC VII 303,S)
