I know this might be a silly question , but you have checked around the rim for any indications ? I had a few of those in Silver and the makers name was on the rim as well as purity.
Reeded .. thats just slightly odd I think.I collected a lot of medals and tokens but dont recall a reeded one. Its a striking impression of the Liberty bell,beautiful.
There seem to be some initials on both sides of the 1776-1976 coin. There are also other markings. Maybe you can look up those for the initials of an engraver, or the company that produced them...
