A dealer wanted me to make an offer on rolls of various statehood silver quarter mixes. The coins are all non-damaged. What you think is a good price per roll?

As a dealer, that is selling at coin shows, no more than
3 times face value. The market is soft if you attempt to
sell off any qty.

3 times face for silver proof is about 70% below melt...

Yeah, I was reading... these would have to be silver proofs, right?

** Wait, for him to be selling these in rolls, wouldn't they most likely be impaired proofs?

If there are any 1999s or 2001s mixed in, that will raise the overall value. Otherwise, $3-4 each for commons would probably be a good starting point for individual value in quantities.

How do I spot impairments? they looked clean to me.

Look for any breaks on the device frost and any hazing or hairlines in the fields.
