Not sure if this is Machined doubled or something more valuable. The top row of letters in "In God We Trust" has some slight doubling above the letters, I'm not sure if its Machine doubled or something else.

Appears to be just a worn die to me. Even if this happened to be minor doubling, any value would most likely be negated by the condition of the coin. I personally chuck them back into circulation unless they are extra fine or better, but that's just me.
