Moderate to not good. This will be a VERY popula set and people have been working themselves into a frenzy over it. When it goes on sale I expect the mintsite to suffer either a meltdown or at least be as slow as molassas in an artic winter (pre-global warming) There will great gnashing of teeth as orders time out time and time again and I doubt if the sets will last more than four or five hours. Getting through on the phones will be impossible.

Almost cetainly. If there isn't expect the sets to disappear in less than two hours as the major dealers soak up the sets several thousand at a time.

No one knows, the mint has not made any announcements except to keep moving the release "season" further and further back.

They will, they have no choice. The law says they may make no more than 250,000 Lincoln dolars and they have already made and sold 200,000 of them. They can't just choose to make more than the law allows simply because they want to. Now whoever if going to be receiving the surcharges from the dollars COULD go back to Congress and try to get the authorization increased (That has only happened on one commemorative series so far. And on one a million dollars of the surcharges for one series was diverted to benefit the receipants of a different commemerative series. ) but you can't blame that on the Mint.
