Supposedly a cash coin from this guy

But it looks fake. No cash coin had those designs on the back. What is the size of this? A 50c or a 10c?

Yep, sorry, very few Chinese cash-style coins were ever made with pictures on either side. This is a charm or amulet, probably made long after the time of Tong Zhi.
