Hey everyone
Bought this coin about 15 years ago for $2.00.Finger print was free.Any suggestions on cleaning this or just leave well enough alone.Any input on grade or advice on what to do is appreciated

That is a tuff question, most collectors I think will tell you not to clean it for fear of reducing the value of the coin. I would ask myself this question, "is my collection for me with no intentions of selling it or am I putting it together to sell at a later date". If the answer is it is for me and I never plan on selling it then do what makes you happy,,, if your intention is to sell it I would probably leave it along and let the next owner figure it out.

if it were my coin I would carry it around as a pocket piece for a while and try to handle it a little bit every day until that print wore off. The tricky part is not spending it or scratching it with your car keys.

The finger print is irremovable. Any attempt to clean it would completely destroy the coin.

I've seen much worse looking fingerprints on coins.

That print looks kinda cool, a 'Tigerstriped Abe'
