Has anyone ever been to the Philadelphia Coin Expo. What's it like, what is there, are there only super high- end dealers.I will be there in search of a nice $10 Bison Note.

If I can get away, I will look to be there.
I will have to plan my route though.
I might just take the train.
If I read correctly, the show has free admission. Unfortunately, parking might just cost 20.00
Last time I went to a comic book convention, that's what it cost me

The show at the convention center is only Sept 24-26 (check the Pennsylvania convention center calendar)
The rest of the days look like they are auction days somewhere else (Baltimore I believe)

Convention center schedule
https://www.paconvention.com/iebms/...month=200909

It's the first annual, so it's pretty much unknown what exactly to expect.

I would recommend though eating lunch at the reading terminal market instead of the show.
Much better selection and much much much better food (awesome corned beef sandwich at a deli there)
It's right across the street from the convention center

Unless you can find "on street parking", (parking in private lots will cost you a small fortune.)
I would recommend public transportation. I myself will most likely take the train.
If I am correct, get the train to market St station.
It is only about a block or so away
