Text typed into most any box, whether its your personal email, forum PM's, google searches, is moved into the Coin Community search box at the upper left. I'm using Mozilla Firefox as my net browser.

Same thing happens to mine (on Firefox as well) - also puts it into the search entry field of our local library's toolbar that I installed. So it might be a Firefox thing.

Doesn't do it for me using FF 3.5.2... It puts anything you highlight in there which it's supposed to do.

Try upgrading the toolbar to be sure you have the latest version and see what happens. I'd also update FF if you're lower than mine.
