I was wondering if anyone on the boards has ever heard of a variety of 1990 Proof silver Mexican Libertad with five rings over Victory's head on the obverse. I've been able to find information on some other varieties, but not on this. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Terror Of Zanarkand The only issue I know of with 5 Rings is the Olympic Issue 25 Peso (Libertad sized coin) with the center ring at two different heights and the serpents tongue straight or curved.

Thanks swamperbob, I appreciate the response. I've always loved the Libertad series and want to get into it seriously. I recently saw a 1990 Libertaad withthis feature, and was wondering if I should acquire it. The problem is that I can't seem to find any information on this coin, so I'm wondering if it's been altered somehow

That's good enough for me. You're the resident expert :) Thank you for saving me from a somewhat pricey potential mistake
