Nice coin, looks like it has lots of luster and only very small bag marks on the obverse. The hair above the forehead seems to be lacking full detail, it doesn't look like wear could be a weak strike. I not seeing any wear on the rest of the coin. I'm going to grade this at MS-63.

I would call this a solid MS63, maybe even a chance for 64.

It looks like there's a tiny bit of circulation wear but it's really hard to say. I'm going to go with MS-61
