Help Identify Ancient Coin 4 (Id: Roman, Likely Constans Or Constantius II)

Sap Moderator Australia 16849 Posts	Posted 09/01/2009 8:25 pm The obverse legend appears too badly corroded to read, and I can never tell late Roman emperors apart just by the portrait - they all look alike to me. I can't read the mintmark on the reverse, either. The reverse type, however, does look like a "two soldiers holding a standard between them" type, similar to this one of Constans. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis Report this Post to the Staff
