Question:sealed And Uncirc Polk Dollar Coins (1st Day Issue)

Hi,
On August 20th, the new Pres. Dollar (Polk) came out. I have (2) $1000 boxes sealed from bank/mint. I picked them up on August 20th. On ebay, the coins are selling for anywhere between $5-$7/ each (but only if they are graded as 1st day issue). Am I able to get my coins graded as 1st day issue due to the fact they are still in Mint boxes and labeled "Do Not Open Until August 20th".
