I get this error when trying sending an email:

Sorry, you do not have access to the forum email system

Is this because I'm very new or do I not have something set up correctly?

Thanks! I saw the 50 post rule applied to some things but I didn't see that it applied to email.

the email system is set up to prevent spamers from being able to join and send mass emails within minutes , it is not a personal thing but a learned response to a problem we don't want .
