Only way I can see is to eyeball 'em.

Yours looks to be large beads.

The I in Regina on the small beads points directly at the center of the bead and the beads are spaced further apart. The I on the large beads points off center and in the middle and the beads are closer together.
Hope this helps you some.........

Large beads...and struck from a really worn and misaligned die.

Just curious- have you checked that it actually is a SILVER dollar- it looks suspiciously like one of the Chinese cast counterfeits- those look like casting flaws in the pictures of the beads-pocks and pitting, plus raised bumps. Does it sound like silver, if you were to ring it next to a different silver dollar? Is the colour the same? Is the reflection of light of the surface under a magnifying glass the same as a good Canadian Dollar? There look like there are bumps in the hair,as well as problems with the beads and letters. Is the rim the same thickness all around? It could be just the angle of the photograph, but the coin looks to have good beads near the thick rim, and weak beads nearer the thinner rim.
I have not seen counterfeit common date Canadian silver dollars of this type, but it wouldn't surprise me, given all the other counterfeits of this type that I have seen.
