I would give it an AU-50. Love the Bust Halves. I guess I need to read up on Overton Varieties....

I would say XF-40, but the pics are a bit small. The surfaces look original and problem free from what I can see. Nice coin!

This looks like it may be O-108a, R-2, I'd grade it as EF-40. Nice coin.

Above average XF-40, so XF+ but not 45 quite.
