I am a new member on this site. Please offer feedback about submitting coins to ICCS vs NGC or PCGS. Thank you.

ICCS are very very conservative in the grading..NGC & PCGS are a little more leanient ...For ICCS they seem to have favorites , and also they are major collectors and grade their own coins ...Not sure about the others

to CCF.
I've never submitted coins for certification, but have bought 'em certified.
I agree with Artdio on the grading companies.
I am up in the air about certifications. I was going to submit a group for certification, but have modified my reason -
With the influx of 'copy' coins, I am looking for authentication not grade. When or if I sell, I will haggle the grade with the buyer.
Now if I was buying off e-bay, then authentication is important.

Also some collectors do not like slabbed coins regardless.

Well I hope I have muddied the water enough.

I think that ICCS or CCCS for Canadian coins and PCGS and NGC for US coins both Countries grade different than one another, I think these four grading companies are the key players in North America for Canadian coins.
